Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at First Folio Cards. We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted greeting cards. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Return Conditions:

  1. Returns: You can return the purchased items within 14 days of the receipt date for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different design or product, please return the original item within 14 days as above for a refund and place a new order.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement and cover any shipping costs associated with the return of the damaged or incorrect item.
  4. Custom Orders: Customized items are made to order and are non-returnable and non-refundable. Contact us for more information.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning an item, please contact us to initiate the return process.
  2. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for the refund to process.

International Returns:

For international returns, please mark the items as “Returned Goods” to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges imposed during the return shipping process.
